Guided by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On personal data and their protection», I hereby express my consent:

1. For the collection by Bekem Trade LLP of my personal data provided by me, necessary for the performance of the tasks carried out by Bekem Trade LLP.
2. To process Bekem Trade LLP my personal data collected by it in accordance with subparagraph 1 of this consent.
3. For the cross-border transfer to Bekem Trade LLP of my personal data collected by it in accordance with subparagraph 1 of this consent.
4. For Bekem Trade LLP to independently determine the conditions for access to my personal data collected and processed by it in accordance with subparagraphs 1 and 2 of this consent.
5. For storage by Bekem Trade LLP for the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or Bekem Trade LLP in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, my personal data collected and processed by it in accordance with subparagraphs 1 and 2 of this consent.
6. To distribute Bekem Trade LLP my personal data collected and processed by it in accordance with subparagraphs 1 and 2 of this consent, provided that such distribution is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
